Our history
From a young age the dream of making a mark in this world was something that was without question going to happen. Though I held a "W2" job you would often find me working side gigs in fields I found passion in with the hopes that one day they would lead to a full-time thing I could do so "work didn't feel like work". Over the years I have run my own Bridal Business, Beauty Aesthetics Spa that held a brick-and-mortar establishment in the Bay Area and a Dog Training business. All of these businesses were run while working full time marketing or accounting for Bay Area based woman owed business. Having a W2 and 1099 to process during tax season helped me learn the importance of filing all financials properly. After decades of trial and error and continuing my own financial education, this business was launched in 2024 to help guide woman entrepreneurs in their own Boss journeys so they can build a legacy to be proud of.
Our specialities
Being a business owner is not just about making a profit. Financial freedom is the path to a happy life, healthy households and being able to achieve your dreams beyond "surviving". Before you can build a business you're proud of, understanding your relationship with money is our foundation. We will bring insight to this area first, then breakdown if this relationship is fostering your business goals or hurting them. Once these areas are established building a budget and bringing a detailed recording of your business financials to show weekly and monthly breakdowns will help your business archive its larger goals. Once we have these in place we can build a timeline to achieving these goals.

I'm so glad you're here, my name is Krystle Lamont, the CEO of Horizons Unbound Global LLC and procurer of many hats (Financial Consultant, Dog Trainer, Travel Agent and Wellness Advocate) everything I do is rooted in passion, purpose and people. Though these things may seem random to you they are what I love the most and so it's what I spend all my time on. We work more than half our lives and there is no way I want to look back on my own life in the end a regret spending it on things that didn't bring me joy. I have over 22 years of business experience and am committed to helping other grow; financially, professionally, personally and holistically.
Based in beautiful Marin County from my little corner of the world, I've launched adventures across the globe and built meaningful connections through community, compassion and creativity.
I have been an entrepreneur my whole life and have been able to see what making good money can do to help one's overall health. I have not always spent my money wisely and had to lose it all to learn the importance of good tracking, a plan and a better understanding of the financial systems/rules in place which is the foundation of my HUG System.
